David Willder is one of three directors of WMC Accounting. A Chartered Accountant, David began his accounting career with KPMG gaining experience in insolvency, business turnaround, business valuation and implementing change and effect. He has continued his accounting and financial education throughout his career, in order to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
David and his team specialise in business turnaround, restructures, cash-flow advice, businesses in distress, business valuations, appraisals and tax. He has major clients in transport, manufacturing, primary production and medical services and welcomes all small to medium businesses to the practice for in-depth analysis of all accounting, compliance and business services requirements.
David supports our information technology department to implement technological advancements such as remote connection to distant clients via Skype, TeamViewer and cloud accounting programs Xero, Intuit and MYOB Live. At the same time, he understands the importance of face-to-face communication and regularly visits our Colac office to meet clients in the Western District.
David is involved with charitable organisations and serves on the board of Colac Otway Health as Treasurer and Geelong Animal Welfare Society. Partnering with both clients and International Board appointments, David gives direction on fundraising activities and building awareness for humanitarian projects in many South Pacific countries.
