Samantha is the Client Services Manager for WMC Accounting, with a focus on our corporate vision of being valued by clients for leadership and customer service excellence. Samantha joined WMC Accounting in early 2012 and has been an integral part of the administration team ever since. She holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and has previously worked in the corporate sector, for an interstate accounting practice and in real estate.
As the Client Services Manager, Samantha will be responsible for monitoring and managing the ATO lodgements program, ensuring strict adherence to our client relationship management program, and managing client communication so that our accounting team maintains a collaborative relationship with all our clients. Samantha shows excellence in this client-facing role, which is dependent on maintaining and developing stakeholder relationships, time-management and organisational skills.
Samantha is able to assist clients with ATO lodgement deadlines, progress of their ATO assessments, setting up ATO payment plans, processing finalised income tax returns and financial statements, in addition to stepping you through the process of Docusign electronic signatures. She can be contacted to arrange appointments with the accounting team and welcomes client enquiries.
Samantha is a proud supporter of charities Share the Dignity and Geelong Mums, which supports mothers and children in need in the Geelong region.
