Liz Vasovski, Office Manager

Liz joins WMC after many years in the finance administration sector, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University and gained her experience in a top tier law firm. Working under our Practice Manager, Liz is responsible for ensuring the accounts department records are accurately maintained. She produces all internal management reporting, performs reconciliations on invoicing and accounts, and manages high volumes of transactions in the trust account during the peak tax-season.

 

Liz keeps the offices at WMC Accounting maintained, ensuring our clients have an impeccable location to conduct their business. In addition, she is responsible for sending our monthly newsletter to registered clients and keeping our website current. Taking a personable approach to debt collection, Liz can assist clients with setting up payment plans.

 

Internally, our staff rely on Liz to be a liaison between software providers, ensuring there is minimal downtime when problems arise, and keeping stationery and amenities stocked. She has a vital role in ensuring accounts functions efficiently both inter-departmentally and externally.

 

Running the WMC Red Cross Workplace Giving Program, Liz is responsible for a vital community initiative. Throughout the year, Liz arranges payment to various charities that WMC Accounting supports, donated by staff at our regular casual dress days.
