WMC Accounting is aiming to provide perpetual support to the community through fund raising initiatives and being actively involved in the social and economic needs of Geelong and the wider community.

As a firm, we will be committed to helping those less fortunate, or those who are in need of help pursuing their own goals and dreams.
Every year, Landcare in the Upper Barwon area is involved in planting tens of thousands of trees, shrubs and grasses on private and public land, farms, reserves and stream banks to help combat a wide range of environmental problems and provide a wide range of benefits.
The simple act of fencing land and planting trees can help combat problems such as salinity, erosion and reduced water quality in streams and rivers. Planting trees helps to protect farm assets by providing wind breaks and shelter for stock, harbouring natural predators to combat crop pests and providing timber and other products like honey for household use and profit. At the same time, the environmental benefits for native birds and animals are manifold; increased shelter and food, greater biodiversity and important links of wildlife corridors.
For every tax return prepared for WMC Accounting clients on CD or E-mail, we will donate a tree to the Upper Barwon Landcare Network Tree Fund.
The Upper Barwon Landcare Network is an umbrella group representing 13 Landcare groups across the region. It includes the area from Colac to Inverleigh, along the Barwon and its tributaries, flanked on the south by the Otway Ranges.
We are looking forward to making a contribution to a greener community.
