Melissa is the newly appointed Client Services Manager for WMC Accounting. The role was created specifically to acknowledge the growing need of WMC Accounting to have a leader in client services, so we can continue to focus on our corporate vision of being valued by clients for leadership and customer service excellence. Melissa has been a member of our administration team since 2013 and has completed her Certificate IV in Business Administration.
As the Client Services Manager, Melissa will be responsible for monitoring and managing the ATO lodgements program, ensuring strict adherence to our client relationship management program, and managing client communication so that our accounting team maintains a collaborative relationship with all our clients.
Melissa is able to assist clients with ATO lodgement deadlines, progress of their ATO assessments, setting up ATO payment plans, processing finalised income tax returns and financial statements, in addition to stepping you through the process of docusign electronic signatures.
With experience in our corporate services division, Melissa is also able to assist with setting up companies and trusts, ABN and GST registrations and business name registrations.
